Rafael Zahralddin-AravenaRafael X. Zahralddin-Aravena is the Chair of the National Commercial Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice and a founding shareholder of the Delaware office at the Elliott Greenleaf law firm. He clerked for The Honorable Samuel l. Bufford of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, and was a member of the founding faculty and Associate professor of Law at Chapman University School of law in Orange, California.
Myron T. SteeleMyron. T. Steele is a Former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware. He is currently a partner at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP in Wilmington. Previously, he served as a Judge of the Superior Court and a Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery after eighteen years in private litigation practice. Chief Justice Steele serves as Adjunct Professor of Law at University of Pennsylvania Law School, University of Virginia Law School and Pepperdine University Law School.
