All board members want their organizations to build shareholder value, craft killer competitive strategies, develop outstanding products, and implement world class processes. But driving the organization forward depends on people. Directors need to be confident that the right people – and not just the CEO -- are sourced, assessed, placed, developed, motivated, evaluated, compensated, and advanced. How this is best done depends on factors unique to the organization: culture, stage of development, existing bench strength, and most critical needs at the moment.
This program will help Director’s understand what top companies are doing to make Talent Management work as a strategic competitive advantage, assess if their own organizations are measuring up to best practices, and to serve as a catalyst for meaningful change.
