The program includes a multi-disciplinary approach to risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting across all domains of risk inherent in the business.
Donald R. Geiter is a partner at Barley Snyder and chair of the firm's Finance and Creditors' Rights group. Don has a varied business practice. He routinely counsels clients on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and securities. He also regularly advises clients on risk management pertaining to cybersecurity and is a frequent presenter on emerging issues in information security and response to data breach.
Barth Bailey is a Lancaster County native and seasoned Information Technology and Cyber Security Professional. With over 35 years of experience he has seen the information technology industry evolve from the days of the original IBM PC. Barth has also been involved with cyber security from the very first viruses and exploits to impact PC’s and the Internet. With a broad and deep expertise in the technology and cyber security fields, Barth has been in a variety of roles including pre-sales and post-sales technology consulting for a global consulting firm, data and voice infrastructure architect, network operations, telecommunications, security operations, and cyber security. Barth has been with Fulton Financial Corporation since 2000 and is currently the Chief Information Security Officer, a role he has occupied since January of 2014. In this role he has provided leadership around the effort to continue the rapid evolution and maturity of the Information Security Program at Fulton Financial. Prior roles at Fulton Financial include Vice President, Network Infrastructure and Security. Barth keeps abreast of the latest developments in cyber security and the current threat environment by participating in a number of industry groups which include the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), Financial Services Roundtable/BITS (FSR/BITS), Midsize Bank Coalition of America, InfraGard, and ISACA. Barth also participates in DHS Cyber Intel Briefings.
